The 7th annual Austin Asian American Film Festival will feature 14 films from a variety of Asian countries such as Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, and much more! The 4-day fest takes place Nov. 13-16 at the Marchesa Hall and Theater (some screenings screen at other venues).


Thursday, Nov. 13 (opening night)

“Happiness” at 7:30 p.m. [France/Bhutan, documentary]

Friday, Nov. 14

“Awesome Asian Bad Guys” from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. [U.S., web series]

“9-Man” at 7:15 p.m. [U.S., documentary]

“Pee-Mak” at 10 p.m. [Thailand, comedy/horror]

“Jeepney” at 1 p.m. [Philippines, documentary]

“Funny Money” at 3:15 p.m. [Vietnam, comedy]

“Fandry” at 6 p.m. [India, drama]

“Revenge of the Green Dragons” at 8:30 p.m. [U.S., action drama]

Sunday, Nov. 16 (closing night)

“Tomorrow We Disappear” at 12 p.m. [India, documentary]

“Farah Goes Bang” at 2:30 p.m. [U.S., dramedy]

“Cicada” at 5 p.m. [Japan, comedy]
