Smorgasburg is a foodie’s dream and a wallet’s worst nightmare. The popular food flea market is held by the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn’s trendiest neighborhood and is one of Brooklyn’s most popular tourist attractions with over 10,000 visitors daily. Smorgasburg is filled with over 100 vendors selling every type of food that you can imagine. During my trips to Smorgasburg I tried unique foods that I loved, got starstruck by celebrities, and created perfect Instagram worthy pics by the surrounding beach. While Smorgasburg can do damage to your wallet if you’re not careful, it’s a must see for any visitor who’s looking to have a more genuine experience of New York and a refreshing break from tourist traps like Times Square.
