It’s been almost two years since “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials” hit theaters. Due to a serious accident sustained by Dylan O’Brien (Thomas) filming was stalled on the final film of the saga, “Maze Runner: The Death Cure.” It’s been a long wait, but we finally have a trailer! Is it only me or has Hollywood let the YA adaptations slow down a bit? The film has odd timing, but we’re pretty excited for this one!
Synopsis: Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.
The film stars a few “Game of Thrones” stars including Nathalie Emmanuel (Harriet) andThomas Brodie-Sangster (Newt) as well as Kaya Scodelario (Teresa), Giancarlo Esposito (Jorge) and Patricia Clarkson (Ava Paige).
“Maze Runner: The Death Cure” will premiere on January 26, 2018. Let us know what you think of the trailer and the film in the comments below!
