“Los Pollos Hermanos” pop-up restaurant is one of those things that makes SXSW special. What other festival do you get to have Gus Fring swing by to serve his famous curly fries in person. Giancarlo Esposito who portrays Gus on “Better Call Saul” was in attendance in character and raving about Los Pollos Hermanos. Saul himself, Bob Odenkirk also popped in to say hi. Both Esposito and Odenkirk took many selfies with adoring fans.
