Austin Music Foundation’s “Feel the Love” Music Industry Expo is taking place Wednesday, Feb. 21 at Emo’s, from 7 – 9 p.m. This year, Matt Reilly, Program Director of KUTX, will be hosting, and all are welcome to attend! Austin is the live music capital of the world and the city now more than ever is fostering relationships with the music community to ensure it stays that way.
Back for a 4th year, the Expo is an opportunity for professionals in the Austin music industry to connect with area music support nonprofits and organizations and learn about available community resources. Plug in to the local music industry and connect with the nonprofits and organizations that support Austin’s music community!
AMF created the Expo in response to challenges identified within the 2015 Austin Music Census, which told us that local musicians and music industry professionals need better connectivity with community and awareness of the resources that are available to them.

At the expo, you can find Austin Creative Alliance, Black Fret, City of Austin Music & Entertainment Division, Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), SIMS Foundation and many other great organizations offering an array of essential and critical resources to the Austin music community, from access to affordable healthcare to educational programming and free legal and accounting advice.
